• Documents: passport bio-page scans and photographs you upload.
• Travel details: expected arrival and departure dates and any special request.
• Payment information is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

We use your data only to prepare, submit and follow up your visa application, to communicate with you about it, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.

Your application data is shared with the UAE immigration authorities to process your visa, and with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, document storage, payment processing, email), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We keep application data and documents only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted.
