Terms of Service

VisaVisitDubai is an independent, private service that helps travellers prepare and submit UAE visa applications. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the UAE government, GDRFA or ICP. You can apply directly through official government channels and pay government fees only.

Our service includes checking your application for completeness, preparing it for submission, submitting it on your behalf and keeping you informed of its status. Our price consists of the applicable government fee plus our service fee; the full amount is shown before you pay.

The decision to grant or refuse a visa, and the time it takes, is made solely by the UAE authorities. We cannot guarantee an approval or a specific processing time.

• Provide information that is complete, accurate and matches your passport.
• Upload genuine, legible documents for every applicant.
• Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
• Only submit applications for people who have authorised you to do so.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Payment is taken when you submit your application. See our Refund Policy for when refunds are available.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from a refusal or delay by the authorities, from inaccurate information you provide, or from travel arrangements made before a visa is issued. We recommend not booking non-refundable travel until your visa has been issued.
