Refund Policy

If you cancel before we submit your application to the UAE authorities, you are entitled to a full refund of the government fee and the service fee.

Once an application has been submitted, the government fee has been paid to the authorities and is not refundable. The service fee is not refundable once the work has been performed.

If an application is refused because of an error made by our team, we will refund our service fee in full.

Email support@visavisitdubai.com with your application number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
